Using the HTML Wizard (eBay products)
21 Sep 06 12:02 PM

This wizard generates the calculator html to include in the description section of your auction listings. While you can use this wizard for each auction if you prefer, you only need to use it once to generate your 'template' html. For each auction that you list, you can then use the same html with very minor modifications to account for variations in each item.

Step 1
Enter the appropriate information for your auction listing and then press the [Generate HTML] button.
The values and options shown in the wizard default to your configuration settings.

Step 2
Enter the appropriate information for your auction listing and then press the [Generate HTML] button. Now that the HTML has been generated it is sitting in a text box. You select all the text in the box by highlighting it with your mouse or pressing the "Select HTML" button. Than use your right mouse button and copy the text, or press Ctrl+C on your keyboard.

Step 3
If you are pasting this directly into an auction than you can just go directly to that program and paste it into the description section of your listing tool. Or if this is going to be your template, open up Notepad, Wordpad, Microsoft Word, or any text editor and paste the HTML into it by using the right mouse button and clicking paste or Ctrl+V.

Then set up the HTML as a template in whatever listing tool you are using.
