How does Billing work for my Product Subscription?

For our ecommerce products with a fixed subscription fee for a fixed period, we automatically invoice your account for the amount of the current subscription fee at the expiration of each subscription period, unless you have cancelled your subscription before your renewal date.  You can always view your subscription renewal date from My Account=>Product Subscriptions.  An invoice is generated by our system on the first business day after your renewal date, which is available for viewing from My Account=>Billing History.  

For our auction products with a per usage or percentage-based fee (AiShip, AiSeller), this fee is calculated after the end of each month and an invoice is generated.  A detailed breakdown of the charges per auction (AiSeller) or listing of the auctions included in the billing cycle (AiShip) in the online invoice available for viewing from My Account=>Billing History.

It is your responsibility to keep your credit card information up-to-date in your account.  Time that we need to spend contacting you to update your billing information is time that we could be spending on enhancing our product.  Accounts with declined, expired or invalid credit cards on file at the time of our billing are subject to a $10 service fee.
