Is Support Included in my Subsciption Price?

Yes, indeed. The availability and quality of our support for all our customers is one of the ways that you will find our company is unlike others in this marketplace.  There is never any additional charge.

In fact, we consider our communications with our customers to benefit ourselves and much as you.  In order to keep our products meeting your needs we need to hear from you and maintain a clear understanding of what those needs are.

Dont be shy about contacting us.  We especially expect our newer customers to have questions as they get to know our products.

You can reach us in one of three ways:

  • Email.  Either create a ticket here in our Support System, or just email us directly at
  • LiveHelp.  Click on the Live Support link at the top right of any page.  We are usually online during business hours.
  • Telephone.  Call us toll-free at 866-323-8833. 

With all methods, if we are not immediately available, we usually respond within a few hours, even on weekends.
